First, floss and brush your teeth. Bring water to a boil and let it stand for a few seconds. Holding the tray by the tab, submerge the mouthpiece in the water for no more than 5 seconds.
Quickly place the tray around the teeth and gently bite down to form an impression of your teeth. This will contour the inside of the guards to your teeth providing a custom type fit that is ideal for adding the teeth bleaching gel!
Place a small drop of gel inside the front portion of each tooth compartment of your trays and place the trays over your teeth. Wear the trays with bleaching gel for 30 minutes to an hour while you watch TV, read a book, or sleep!
